Shocking Firing at Elvish Yadav’s Gurugram Home – No Injuries Reported

Gurugram, August 17, 2025 — Three unidentified people on motorcycles fired shots at the multi-storied home of YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav in Sector 57 in the early hours of Wednesday. The shooting, which occurred between 5:30 and 6:00 AM, startled the family members but did not injure them.

Witnesses said that three gunmen arrived on a motorcycle, dismounted, and began shooting—firing between 15 and 30 rounds into the walls and floor of the first floor. The effect was intense, with bullet holes and shattered glass scattered about the premises, though Elvish himself, a resident of the upper floors, was not present at the time. His relatives and caretaker, who were present in the house, were unharmed.

Parts of the attack were captured by CCTV cameras, showing up to two of the gunmen’s faces a potential clue for the investigators. Forensic team members immediately collected bullet shells and traced the attackers’ path. The investigation is being headed by the Gurugram Crime Branch.

Alleged Motive by Notorious Gangster

A horrific social media claim by the Bhau Gang, namely Himanshu Bhau and Neeraj Faridpuria, stated the attack was vengeance on Elvish for allegedly promoting illegal betting apps. The posting featured a threatening image of guns and warned others of the consequence of making those promotions. Police are confirming the claim as they further investigate. This is not the first controversy for Elvish. He is already an accused in a snake venom rave party case, and investigation spotlight reached the highest judicial echelons.

The attack also raises broader questions about the safety of social media influencers, especially those who live openly online, and how their online visibility can put them in danger. Law enforcement authorities have stepped up security and are urging caution as the investigation continues.
